The redevelopment project features a lightweight steel frame structure measuring 23 × 17 m, with an overall height of 7.8 m. The roofing system incorporates a fully adhered 1.8 mm TPO waterproofing membrane over 50 mm rock wool sandwich panels, providing reliable thermal insulation, fire resistance and weather protection.An internal gutter drainage system is integrated into the roof design, while neoprene adhesive is applied to the inner surface to enhance waterproof sealing performance.
